With over a decade of experience in the education sector, she specializes in program development and establishing schools in Cambodia. In recognition of her exceptional work, Martalia was honored with the Women of the Future Awards for Social Entrepreneurship in 2022.
Ek Chendamony, CFO
After serving many underprivileged young Cambodian people with an international NGO for 12 years, Mony has developed a love for nations and is able to see the needs of Cambodian young people. Serving in the field of education is her calling. With all the skills and talents that she possesses, she is willing to give back to the nations. She is deeply passionate about providing quality education to Cambodian children and empowering them to become change agents in their communities and nationwide. Mony’s outstanding character and integrity have made her an inspiring leader for many Cambodian women.
Samantha Wagers, COO
Samantha is a dynamic leader who has resided in Cambodia for over a decade. With a rare blend of creativity, practicality, kindness, and efficiency, she excels in graphic design and curriculum development. As the head of our learning operations, Samantha brings innovative ideas to the table and is closely mentored by the Modern Classroom Project in America. Her exceptional leadership skills and outstanding contributions to the field of education have earned her a place among the 50 Leading Lights for Kindness in Leadership for South East Asia in 2022.
